Open-level classes where we emphasize strength and resilience through creative and playful sequencing. Some classes build up to peak poses through a progressive flow, giving everyone a chance to find their own expression. Beginners who are ok with breaking a sweat are welcome!

Dynamic, energizing classes

Vinyasa Open Level

A dynamic style of Yoga in which we blend mindful movement and transitions, Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) with the static holding of Yoga poses. We close with seated stretches and relaxation. All levels of practitioners are welcome, and this is a great class to start exploring dynamic class styles.

Soulful Vinyasa

Expect the dynamic, soulful flow that builds to a peak pose in a fun, non-intimidating, progressive way, offering many variations for all levels. Throughout the class, the teacher weaves storytelling and Tantric philosophy for inspired living, breathing techniques and kriyas, chanting mantras, singing devotional songs with a harmonium, and resting in longer meditation.

Mandala Vinyasa

A creative, playful, and fluid practice in which we explore dynamic movement 360° around the Yoga mat. It weaves together strength, balance, and grace to the rhythm of your breath. Each session is inspired by a unique theme, focusing on specific body regions and aligning with the energy of the elements and chakras.

Dynamic Vinyasa

Dynamic vinyasa is a strong breath-led practice that will allow you to build heat in the body, whilst exploring and strengthening your asana practice. This class draws on inspiration from styles including Yogasana, Rocket, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Accessible for all yogis - modifications and options are provided to make the practice your own.

Balancing classes: Flow and Deep Rest

These classes blend mindful movement with more stillness to bring the nervous system back into balance. Expect flowing sequences woven with meditation, sound, and restorative holds, experiencing the space to soften, integrate, and truly rest.

Vinyasa into Sound

We begin by grounding into the space and move into an activating Vinyasa flow. The practice then transitions into Sound, inviting the nervous system to slow down and recalibrate thanks to Crystal Singing Bowls and Shamanic instruments. Through vibration and stillness, we allow the effects of the movement to settle more deeply.

Flow + Meditation

A blend of Vinyasa flow, mindfulness, and healing Reiki. We open with an extended guided meditation before awakening into movement as we visit the strengthening static holding of poses with presence. Transitioning into śavāsana, you will be guided into deep rest with Reiki, and end the practice with chanting. All levels welcome.

Flow to Restore

An all-levels balanced practice consisting of a warming Vinyasa Flow that unfolds into deep relaxation and holding Yin & Restorative inspired poses, supported by plenty of props.

The class ends with a longer Shavasana with a mini Shavasana Massage.

A gentle, grounded pace for those who love to move slowly and mindfully, with plenty of room to breathe between postures. Perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a softer, more nourishing way to practice.

Foundations of Yoga

A weekly class for anyone beginning, returning, or simply wanting somewhere steady to land.

We move slowly and clearly, building the basics of breath, movement and stillness without rush or pressure. There's no level to reach and nothing to keep up with. Just gentle, accessible, and strength-cultivating practice that grows with you week by week, alongside a community that's genuinely glad you're here.

Slow Flow

A gentler, slow pace to Vinyasa yoga, allowing time to find your rhythm and expression of the flow through mindful breath and creative sequencing. Some classes might dedicate a bit of time to Restorative Yoga and Pranayama - breathing exercises. Suitable for all levels, beginners are very welcome.

Slow Flow into Sound

Move slowly, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself in this gentle vinyasa flow. You'll be guided through mindful asanas, holding each posture a little longer.

We'll then journey into stillness with a deeply nourishing sound healing savasana, as the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls wash over you, enhancing balance, tranquility, and inner peace.

A space to unwind, supported by props and stillness that invite the body to fully let go. Perfect for anyone craving deep rest, quiet reflection, or a moment to simply pause. Ideal for beginners too!

Deeply restorative, calming classes

Yin + Restorative

This rejuvenating 60-minute practice combines the calming principles of Yin Yoga and the healing benefits of Restorative Yoga. Through slow-paced somatic movement and supported, long-held restorative yoga poses, you will release tension, restore balance within yourself, and experience a meditative approach to the practice.

Meditation for Mortals

Our monthly meditation classes break down simple, mindfulness-based meditation techniques using guided sessions that help you build confidence and give you the tools to tap into the joy of being wherever you are.

Pregnancy and Postpartum classes

Classes designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester, taught by specialists trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga, birth education, doula work, and neonatal nursing. A safe, knowledgeable space to move, connect, and prepare for this season of life.

Prenatal Yoga

A nurturing and empowering class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy - no previous yoga experience needed. You'll explore pregnancy-safe yoga postures through a dynamic flow, calming breathwork, and meditation to promote deep relaxation and prepare both body and mind for birth. Rooted in functional movement and birth education, the practice encourages a more joyful, active, easeful pregnancy and lays the foundation for a smoother postpartum recovery.

Postnatal Yoga (Mums + Babies)

Postnatal Yoga is your time to gently nurture and nourish your body, mind, and heart in a supportive environment, meet your evolving body with love and care, and relax. Curated for mums 6 weeks+ postpartum, this gentle and empowering practice focuses on postpartum recovery, rebuilding and strengthening the connection with your deep core, and promoting healing and integrated well-being without the sense of hurry. We foster a non-judgmental space and normalize all colors of motherhood.
