Birth partners Workshop is designed for 21weeks+ expectant mothers and their partners, during which you will learn holistic Yoga and Massage techniques to help you experience a more relaxed and empowering pregnancy and birth. It is also a time for partners to better understand their role and how can they hold space for the expectant mother in a most nurturing way.

Intro to Trauma-Sensitive Yoga & Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra
This weekend course, accredited by YACEP, offers yoga teachers a 13-hour immersion in trauma-sensitive practices, with hours counting toward a 300-hour teacher training coming at SOMA in 2025/2026. Participants will receive two of Nina's books, Safe Space: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Embodied Calm: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra.
