To reserve your place on the training, you must pay either the registration fee (deposit), full course price, or the first installment of the monthly payment plan.
Your place on the training is only confirmed once payment has been received by SOMA Yoga Wandsworth.
The registration fee is non-refundable unless SOMA cancels the training.

To receive the Early Bird discount, full payment must be received by the Early Bird deadline stated on the event page.
For Regular Price, full payment is due by the date stated on the event page.
All fees must be paid in full before the training commences unless you are enrolled in an approved payment plan.

All payment plans must be agreed upon by SOMA and set up as a monthly direct debit via GoCardless.
The monthly payment plan is set up as a subscription with a contract, and the full amount must be paid by the final date stated on the event page.
If you are unable to join or complete the course, the payment plan must still be paid in full in accordance with the Refunds & Cancellations policy below.

Refunds and Cancellations
General Policy
Teacher training payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other yoga teacher trainings or future dates.
If you cancel your place on the training, SOMA will not be able to refund any portion of the full payment.
At SOMA's sole discretion, some or all of the total fees may be refunded if we are able to fill your place on the training.
Withdrawal After Training Commences
If you must leave the training once it has started, SOMA will not be able to offer a partial refund for the remainder of the course and cannot transfer your place to a future training.
Special Circumstances
If you must withdraw from the program due to special circumstances such as serious illness, injury, significant change in circumstances, or bereavement, SOMA will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund.
At SOMA's discretion, we may allow you to defer remaining modules to a future training. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and requires documented proof of the circumstances.
SOMA's Right to Cancel
SOMA reserves the right to cancel the training if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event SOMA cancels the training, all payments (including the registration fee) will be fully refunded.
Attendance Requirements
Mandatory Attendance
To meet Yoga Alliance regulations and Spanda Institute requirements, it is compulsory to attend 100% of the training modules.
Please ensure you can fully commit to the training and all stated dates prior to registration.
Making Up Missed Modules
If you miss a lecture, day, or weekend, you can make up for it by booking a private lesson with a lead teacher. You may make up a maximum of 4 days in this manner.
Some modules may be completed on-demand instead of in-person, but this will only be permitted for life emergencies or major pre-commitments and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All missed modules must be arranged and paid for by the student at £85 per hour for the teacher's time.
All missed content must be completed before graduation.
Punctuality
Please be punctual for all sessions. If you are repeatedly late, SOMA reserves the right to ask you to reschedule the module at additional cost.

To successfully complete this teacher training, you must:
Attend all required course hours (or make up missed sessions as outlined above)
