Mother's Circle: Finding Yourself Again in Later Postpartum

Join Kendra, the perinatal therapist and Gea, the prenatal and postnatal teacher & a full-spectrum doula, for another edition of a Mother’s Circle.

Motherhood changes us in ways we never expected. The later postpartum journey - whether you're returning to work, finding your rhythm months or years later, or simply trying to rediscover who you are beyond those early survival days, can feel like navigating uncharted territory.

If you've ever wondered who you are now that the fog has lifted... If you're craving deeper connection with mothers who understand the longer journey... If you're ready to explore what it means to be yourself *and* a mother - this circle is for you.

Open for all postpartum mothers, regardless of where you are in your journey.

What to Expect:

🌀 A gentle, grounding yoga & meditation session designed to reconnect you with your body and breath - no experience needed.

🌀 A heartfelt conversation led by a Perinatal Mental Health Therapist and Matrescence Coach, exploring:
✨ Rediscovering your identity beyond early motherhood
✨ Navigating work, career, and what feels right now
✨ The ongoing dance between autonomy and motherhood
✨ Building community beyond the newborn bubble
✨ Releasing old versions of yourself & embracing who you're becoming
✨ Making peace with the mother you are, not the one you thought you'd be

🌀 Meeting mothers in your neighbourhood for meaningful connection, chai and snacks.

Come as you are—tired, curious, evolving. Let's move, breathe, and hold space for one another in a circle of understanding and support.

* Open for all, including beginners.
