Join us for an afternoon dedicated to the craft of teaching: a space to drop into your own practice, reconnect with what drew you to yoga, and explore the art of mythic sequencing together. Gea will lead a 75-minute Lakshmi-inspired flow, drawing on themes of abundance, grace, and radiance. Lakshmi invites us to cultivate richness - not just in what we offer, but in how we inhabit our own practice. The second half of the afternoon is a 45-minute guided discussion breaking down the flow, exploring how to weave mythology into sequencing in a way that feels embodied and intentional, not just decorative.
Whether you teach regularly or are deepening your understanding of sequencing, this is a chance to learn together in community.

Location: SOMA Yoga is nested in the garden of the Battersea Reach complex (SW181TA) inside the bbodance, on the first floor. You can arrive by train to Wandsworth Town station (6’ walk from the studio), by bus (Petergate or Bridgend Road stop, 2’ walk from the studio) or by Uber boat (Plantation Wharf Pier).
Parking: Coming with a car? There is a car park at Battersea Reach (pay per hour) or free parking in Eltringham Street (2’ from the studio) where you are free to park anytime except 3-4 pm.
