Restore & Reconnect: Workshop For Mothers

Come join Laura for a restorative, gentle and calming postnatal workshop for mothers. Laura is a registered midwife, breastfeeding and lactation specialist, hypnobirthing teacher, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher and a mother herself.

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, breathwork and meditation. The workshop is for all mothers, no matter whether your child is weeks, months or years old. No matter how you mother (a birth mother, an adoptive mother, a step mother or the 'other' mother in same sex relationships).

Mothering can be joyous and full of love, but it can also take all of us, everything that we've got, all of the time. This workshop is designed to be a nurturing and safe space where you feel held and supported, wherever you are on your mothering journey.

Laura will guide you through a gentle but powerful yoga class to release tension and support you to find both physical and mental space. We will also use breathwork and meditation to help you release and let go, facilitating rest and relaxation. The purpose of this workshop is to leave you feeling lighter and brighter, more confident and more capable in both the woman and the mother that you are.

As a breastfeeding and lactation specialist, Laura will also offer up a discussion and Q&A session for any newborn feeding support questions for those at the beginning of their feeding journeys. The session will end with time for connection and support, talking to others about our honest motherhood experiences. No judgement, just support.
