Sound & Stillness: A Candlelit Mandala Painting Experience

>> Early birds: Use code HANDPAN5 for £5 off your spot until May 10th!

🕯️ STEP INTO STILLNESS

Enter a calm, candlelit space where sound, creativity and mindfulness come together. At the centre, accomplished live handpan performer Amy Naylor creates a gentle, meditative soundscape. Around her, seated in a circle, you'll paint your own pre-drawn mandala on a premium round canvas - guided not by instruction, but by rhythm, presence and quiet focus. Come for a restorative solo experience, or bring a friend and share something a little different.

🎨 WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

  • A live handpan sound journey to support relaxation and presence

  • Your own pre-drawn round mandala canvas, mandala painting journal to take home and markers, provided by @zennmeditationart

  • A candlelit setting with individual soft lighting for your painting space

  • Tea and light snacks during the break

  • A small, intimate group limited to 15 participants

  • No experience needed - the focus is on process, not perfection

🧘 WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

This is not a workshop or a class. It is a carefully held meditative space designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself through sound, stillness and creative expression. As the handpan unfolds live in the room, it becomes a form of moving meditation, gently guiding your attention inward as you paint. Open to creatives and complete beginners alike — ideal for anyone looking for calm, clarity or a chance to reset, whether you come alone, with a partner or with a friend. It also makes for a thoughtful alternative to a typical date night.

📝 GOOD TO KNOW

  • This is a quiet, mindful experience with minimal talking throughout
