Step into spring with intention. Join Ynez and Daniela on this immersive mini-retreat blending Ayurvedic wisdom, sound healing, breathwork, and embodied ritual to support your transition from winter's dormancy into spring's renewal. The spring equinox marks nature's powerful reset - a time for detoxification, vitality, and fresh beginnings. Through accessible Ayurvedic principles and deeply nourishing practices, you'll cultivate physical energy, emotional clarity, and nervous system balance.
What to Expect
🌀We'll begin by exploring Ayurvedic wisdom for the spring season - understanding how nature's shift from winter to spring mirrors our own need for lightness, detoxification, and renewed energy. Through accessible teachings and seasonal ritual, you'll learn practical ways to align with spring's vibrant qualities around a cup of herbal tea 🍵
💆 We'll then move into guided Ayurvedic self-massage (Abhyanga), where you'll learn nurturing oil-based techniques to balance your energy, support circulation, and ground into your body.
🧘🏻♀️ Pranayama and meditation will introduce warming, cleansing breath practices to clear stagnation and create space for clarity. You'll set a personal intention for the season ahead, planting seeds for what you wish to cultivate as nature comes alive.
🪷 A gentle yoga practice follows, designed to awaken your body and support the natural cleansing processes of springtime. 🎶 The heart of the workshop is a deeply restorative Ayurvedic sound bath journey. Settle into stillness as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and grounding frequencies wash over you, supporting deep rest and energetic recalibration.
🫖 We'll close with a spring equinox ritual and tea ceremony - a moment to honour your intentions, connect with the group, and integrate the practices into your daily life. Leave feeling restored, aligned, and ready to embrace spring's renewal. What to Bring Nothing - just wear comfortable clothing you can move in. All equipment and oils provided (although if you'd like to bring your own massage oil, you're more than welcome to). No yoga or Ayurveda experience necessary. All levels welcome.
* Open for all, including beginners.
