As the days stretch long and summer arrives, this is an invitation to do the opposite of what the season tends to ask of us. Rather than reaching for more, you get to slow right down, soften, and let yourself be held in stillness and sound for 75 minutes.
Gea and Sam guide you through two practices that flow into one another. We begin with around thirty minutes of Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra), a gently guided journey into that drowsy space between waking and sleeping where the body can drop into genuine deep rest while the mind stays softly aware. Gea's voice leads you down through the layers while the crystal singing bowls and other instruments play quietly underneath. From there, we move into a full sound bath led by Sam, where the instruments carry you the rest of the way with nothing for you to do but lie back and receive.
This is a pairing we first brought together on our most recent retreat, and it landed so beautifully and felt so good to share that we wanted to bring it home to the studio and open it up to our community.

No experience is needed, and there's nothing you have to bring beyond yourself, though you're very welcome to pack anything that helps you get cosy, such as a blanket, an eye pillow or some extra layers. Mats and props will be here at the studio, and the practice suits everyone, whether you've rested this way many times before or it's your very first.
Cancellations: Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for courses & workshops. You can use the credits for another workshop in the studio or class passes if you provide us with a 14-day notice before the start of a workshop.
