Becoming a mother reshapes everything, including our most intimate relationships. In the quiet aftermath of birth, something else is born too - a new version of our relationship.
We’re asked to hold space for new life, new identity, and often, a partnership that can feel unfamiliar under new circumstances - with often very little guidance for navigating the strain, silence, or distance that can appear.
This gathering is for mothers seeking to reconnect - with themselves and their partners - after the profound shift of birth. Led by a perinatal therapist, this Mother’s Circle will gently explore:

We’ll hold honest, openhearted conversations about the emotional truths of motherhood and partnership with a commitment to healing and growing together. The circle will be enriched with a nourishing postnatal yoga class. Expect gentle movement, mindful breath, and embodied practices to support emotional release and nervous system reset.
You are not alone. Come as you are. This is a space for reflection, healing, and hope.

Cancellations: 14-days late cancellation policy applies for all our events. If you give us 14 days notice, you can use your money credits towards class packs, memberships or other events.
Location: SOMA Yoga is nested in the garden of the Battersea Reach complex (SW181TA) inside the bbodance, on the first floor. You can arrive by train to Wandsworth Town station (6’ walk from the studio), by bus (Petergate or Bridgend Road stop, 2’ walk from the studio) or by Uber boat (Plantation Wharf Pier).
Parking: Coming with a car? There is a car park at Battersea Reach (pay per hour) or free parking in Eltringham Street (2’ from the studio) where you are free to park anytime except 3-4 pm.
