Our popular Intention Setting Day retreat is back! This year, we are bringing in the Harvard-trained life coach to help you craft your Wheel of Life, a roadmap for finding moderation and balance in realistic New Year resolutions for 2026.

As we step into the new year, join us for a soul-nourishing 4-hour retreat designed to help you find clarity, balance, and intention for the year ahead. This isn't about overloading yourself with resolutions or pushing toward extremes. Instead, we invite you to explore what truly needs attention in your life and discover the power of moderation and balance as you move forward.

⚖️ Sharing Circle & Intention Setting Meditation - Begin by coming together as a community, grounding into the present moment, and setting the tone for your year ahead.

⚖️ Vinyasa Flow with Gea - Move energy through the body with a dynamic practice that awakens and prepares you for deep introspection.

⚖️ Restorative Practice & Yoga Nidra with Renée - Settle into deep rest and relaxation, creating the inner space needed for clarity and reflection.

⚖️ Chai & Connection - Pause together over warm chai as we transition into the workshop portion of our day.

⚖️ The Wheel of Life Workshop with Vidhi - Dive into an interactive coaching workshop where you'll map your current life satisfaction, identify what needs attention or release, and create a practical 30-day action plan for balance. Using reflections, visualisation, and the Wheel of Life tool, you'll discover your "Goldilocks zone" - not too much, not too little- and learn how to move toward what truly matters.

About Your Facilitators

💜 Vidhi Malik is an executive and life coach trained by Harvard University and the Co-Active Training Institute, specialising in helping people find balance and clarity in their lives.

💜 Gea brings heart-centred vinyasa flow rooted in mindfulness and connection.

💜 Renée guides restorative practices and yoga nidra to help you access deep rest and inner wisdom.

Who This Is For: Anyone seeking balance and clarity as they enter the new year, especially those feeling pulled between too many priorities or overwhelmed by resolutions. Spaces are limited. Book early to secure your spot.

Cancellations: Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for courses & workshops. You can use the credits for another workshop in the studio or class pass if you provide us with a 14 days notice before the start of a workshop.

Location: SOMA Yoga is nested in the garden of the Battersea Reach complex (SW181TA) inside the bbodance, on the first floor. You can arrive by train to Wandsworth Town station (6’ walk from the studio), by bus (Petergate or Bridgend Road stop, 2’ walk from the studio) or by Uber boat (Plantation Wharf Pier).

Parking: Coming with a car? There is a car park at Battersea Reach (pay per hour) or free parking in Eltringham Street (2’ from the studio) where you are free to park anytime except 3-4 pm.
