A two-hour women's workshop blending somatic flow yoga with a nourishing mini facial and face massage. Through gentle movement, breath and touch, you'll release tension held in the body and face, leaving you feeling softer, lighter and luminous from the inside out. This is your evening to slow down, arrive fully, and remember how good it feels to be in your body.

Please come with a clean, make-up-free face
Wear a top that allows easy access to the neck - we recommend a sports bra underneath with straps you can slide to the side
Bring comfortable clothing that you can move in
If you have any skin sensitivities or allergies, please let us know in advance - you're also welcome to bring your own products if you prefer to use them

Cancellations: Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for workshop bookings. You can use the workshop credit for another workshop in the studio or class pass if you provide us with a 14 days notice before the start of a workshop.
Location: SOMA Yoga is nested in the garden of the Battersea Reach complex (SW181TA) inside the bbodance, on the first floor. You can arrive by train to Wandsworth Town station (6’ walk from the studio), by bus (Petergate or Bridgend Road stop, 2’ walk from the studio) or by Uber boat (Plantation Wharf Pier).
Parking: Coming with a car? There is a car park at Battersea Reach (pay per hour) or free parking in Eltringham Street (2’ from the studio) where you are free to park anytime except 3-4 pm.
About Kitti
As a massage therapist, Kitti combines techniques from Eastern and Western philosophies infusing her massage style with fluidity, depth, and grace. Breathing techniques assist in stilling and balancing the mind whilst the strength of deep muscular, pressure point and meridian work help loosen, release, and harmonize the body physically.
She is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and besides Yoga classes, you can find her at SOMA offering Ayurvedic Yoga massage, and if pregnant - Prenatal and Postnatal Massage.
