Menopause isn’t the end of anything - it’s a powerful transition into a new phase of life. But it can also feel confusing, isolating, or just downright exhausting. This workshop is here to help you navigate the journey with clarity, care, and community.
Join Nutritional Therapist Nudrat Chagtai and yoga teacher Kitti for an afternoon inspired by Menopause Awareness Month, designed to support your body and mind through peri- to post-menopause. We’ll blend science-backed nutritional guidance with calming movement and rest, so you leave feeling both informed and nourished.
Includes:
💫 A 60-minute talk exploring hormonal changes, common symptoms, mindset shifts, and practical nutrition & lifestyle tools to support your transition
🧘♀️ A 60-minute restorative yoga and yoga nidra session to release, rest and re-centre
🍵 Time to share stories, connect over herbal tea and snacks, and leave feeling a little less alone in it all
This is a space for listening, learning, and reconnecting; open to anyone curious about menopause, wherever you are in the journey.
